Share your code and link
You get your own code and link. You decide how much of your pool your clients get as a discount. You clearly label every recommendation as an ad.
Earn commission
When someone books through you, you earn commission on every paid invoice for 12 months (Gold: 24). Payouts go out monthly from €50.
Commission
Your pool per product line.
The more active clients you've brought in, the bigger your pool. You split it freely between your commission and your clients' discount.

Pool = your commission plus your client's discount. Active means at least one paid invoice in the last 45 days. Commission is paid on paid net amounts only (excl. VAT, after the discount).
For agencies
If your agency refers a client directly to us, you earn 10% on the referred orders. Want to resell our editing under your own brand? Use our white label offer, with volume discounts instead of commission.

Already a client? Refer a friend: they get 50% off their first month (10% on one-off orders), and you get a credit worth half a month of your package once they've paid their second invoice. There's no discount on your own bookings.

How it works
- Clearly label every recommendation as an ad, for example with “#ad” plus a note that you earn a commission, including in previews.
- Commission is paid on paid net amounts, so excl. VAT and after the discount.
- Commission is approved after your client's 2nd paid invoice and 45 days after payment. Payouts go out monthly from €50.
- At most €400 commission per client per month and €4,000 per client in total.
- You pass on contacts. Virentio handles the offer, contract and invoice.
Not allowed
- Ads on the name Virentio, for example in search engines or as a keyword
- Referring yourself: no discount and no commission on your own bookings
- Discounts for existing clients: the discount is for new clients only
- Coupon sites, spam and bought clicks
- Promises we don't make, such as guaranteed views or revenue
- Claims about how we work internally: talk about what's on our website
If a rule is broken, we'll let you know first. If it happens again, the partnership ends.

Partner program FAQ
When do I get paid?
Once a month, as soon as at least €50 has been approved. Commission is approved 45 days after your client's payment and no earlier than their second paid invoice (for one-off orders, after the 45 days only). We pay by bank transfer or PayPal. Refunded amounts are deducted from the next payout.
How long do I earn commission on a client?
12 months from their first paid invoice, 24 months as a Gold partner. For long videos, only the first order counts.
Who can join?
Anyone who knows creators, streamers, podcasters or businesses our services fit: creators, coaches, consultants, agencies, freelancers, businesses and our clients. Maddox reviews every application personally and approves you.
Can I join as a client?
Yes. With client referrals, your friend gets 50% off their first month and you get a credit worth half a month once they've paid their second invoice. You can also apply as a partner. The one thing you can't do is refer yourself: there's no discount or commission on your own bookings.
How does the split between commission and discount work?
You have a pool per product line, for example 20% on clip packages. You decide how much of it your client gets as a discount; the rest is your commission. Each client keeps the split that applied when they came through you. If you change it later, the new split applies to new clients only. The discount applies for the first 12 months and to new clients only.
How is a client matched to me?
The safest way is your code: your client enters it in their request. With your link virentio.app/?ref=YOURCODE, the site remembers the code for that visit only, and it only counts if your client confirms in the form that you recommended us. If someone enters a code, the code counts.
How do I label my posts?
Clearly and up front: for example “#ad” plus a sentence that you earn a commission, including in previews and stories. A hashtag alone at the end isn't enough. The same applies if you only mention your code.
What about taxes?
Commission is income you pay tax on yourself. The details depend on your country and situation. Please ask your tax advisor. This is general information, not tax advice.
What applies to agencies?
Agencies earn 10% on clients they refer directly to us. If you resell our editing under your own brand, you use white label and get a volume discount instead of commission.
Does it cost anything to join?
No. Signing up is free, and you don't need a Virentio package yourself.
