Set the template once
Send a short brief and the template per client: fonts, colors, logos, caption style, end card. You only do this once.
Upload to a shared folder
You or your client drop streams, episodes or videos into a shared folder. A link is all we need.
Delivery on schedule
We edit and put the finished files in your folder, on the rhythm we agree up front, for example every week.
Revisions and sign-off
You review and comment. Up to two revisions per clip, episode or video are included. Then you or your client post.

Questions about White label video editing
Do you work with our template and our clients' branding?
Yes. You give us the template once: fonts, colors, logos, caption style and end card. Each of your clients can have their own template. From then on every clip looks like it came from your team.
How fast do you deliver?
As agreed. We set the delivery rhythm together before we start, to fit your clients' posting plans.
Who owns the rights to the clips?
You and your client may use the finished clips, episodes and videos without restriction. The rights to the raw footage stay with your client; you make sure we're allowed to edit it. We never show any of it as a reference unless you explicitly allow it.
Is the work kept confidential?
Yes. Virentio doesn't appear in the picture, the files or the captions, and we never contact your clients. We sign an NDA on request.
Is there a minimum order or a minimum term?
Clip plans start at 50 clips a month and cancel monthly, with no minimum term. Podcast episodes ($75 per episode) and long videos ($65 per video) are booked per order, no subscription. All prices excl. VAT.
Can we split the clips across several clients?
Yes. You split the clips in your plan across your clients however you like, each with their own template. Just tell us up front how many clips go to whom.
Do you make thumbnails too?
Yes, as an add-on: a thumbnail with 2 versions is $25, an A/B pack with 3 versions $35, a monthly pack for 8 videos with 2 versions each $149, all excl. VAT.
Can we start with a trial project?
Yes. Send us footage from one client and your template. You get a few clips under your brand and see how we work. We agree on scope and price with you first.
