This policy explains what data Virentio processes when you visit our website or use our content automation and publishing service, and what rights you have.

We process only what running the service requires:
You may connect your own social media accounts to Virentio. Connections are made solely through each platform's official authorisation flow, and we request only the permissions needed to prepare and deliver your content. We never receive or store your platform password.
Data we receive through a platform's interface is used only to provide the service to you: preparing content, publishing it or handing it over for publishing, and showing you the results. We do not sell this data, do not share it for advertising, and do not use it to profile people across platforms.
You can disconnect at any time — in the platform's own settings, or by writing to us. When a connection is removed we delete the associated access tokens immediately.
We process your data to perform our contract with you (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR), to meet legal obligations (point (c)), and on the basis of our legitimate interest in a secure, functioning service (point (f)). Where we ask for your consent — for example when connecting a platform account — that consent is the basis (point (a)) and can be withdrawn at any time.
We share data only where the service requires it: with the platform you publish to, and with technical providers for hosting, storage, transcription and video processing who act as our processors under contract. We do not share data for advertising purposes.
Account data is kept while your account exists. Content and publishing data are kept while they are needed for the service and your reporting. After termination we delete your data within 30 days unless a statutory retention obligation applies. Access tokens are deleted immediately when a connection is removed.
You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection. Consent you have given can be withdrawn at any time with effect for the future. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority. To exercise any of these rights, or to request deletion of your data, write to contact@virentio.app.
Data is transmitted over encrypted connections. Access tokens are stored encrypted, and access to them is limited to the people who need it to operate the service.
This website sets no tracking cookies and embeds no third-party analytics. Your language choice is stored locally in your browser and is never sent to us.
If you connect an account on a platform operated outside the European Economic Area, the data needed for publishing is transferred there. This relies on the safeguards provided by that platform and on your consent to the connection.
The service is intended for people aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
We update this policy when the service changes. The current version is always on this page; the date above shows when it was last revised.
